About the Company:
Our client is a privately held global industrial company operating in over 80 countries. They specialize in building solutions, performance materials, logistics, and real estate. The FP&A Director will develop and lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process for holding companies and operating entities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform strategy and decision making
- Drive the overall design of the global information model and data strategy in order to drive business performance
- Lead financial and operational matters from due diligence to post acquisition activities
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and financial controls
- Design and implement technology solutions as it pertains to the financial planning and analysis of the firm
- Negotiate and manage financial contracts
- Act as a finance business partner to other functions at the firm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 9-12 years of experience in FP&A roles
- Experience with SAP and data visualization and analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting
Salary Range:
$225,000-$275,000
