About the Company:
Our client is a private equity, private credit, and public equities investment firm focusing on investing in healthcare and biomedical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal schedules for investor capital account balances, expense accruals, management fees, interest calculations, and loan fees
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations for review and reconciliation to the fund administrator
- Ensure timely and accurate net asset values and investor reporting by performing a detailed review of closing packages, financial statements and investor statements prepared by the fund administrator
- Monitor capital call collections
- Support the annual audit process, assist with audit confirmations, and review the financial statements
- Calculate various recurring and ad hoc performance metrics to support marketing deliverable and investor requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 2-4 years of experience with funds in a public and/or private firm
- CPA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$115,000
