About the Company: 

Our client is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients. The Global Benefits Vice President will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering health and welfare benefit programs and also provide ongoing support for existing benefits programs for the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the implementation and administration of global benefits programs, policies, plans, and processes
  • Develop tools and communication materials that increase employee engagement and understanding of benefit programs
  • Run open enrollment and renewal processes
  • Ensure accuracy of benefits data in the firm’s HRIS
  • Liaise with the payroll team on issues and processes to ensure accurate benefits, 401K, and leave of absence processing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws pertaining to benefits
  • Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to answer questions or concerns regarding the firm’s benefit offerings

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR benefits
  • Strong knowledge of regulations related to benefit plans
  • Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and implementations
  • Knowledge of ACA compliance and preparation of 1095-c forms
  • Experience in M&A related activities including conducting due diligence

 

Salary Range: 

$145,000 – $170,000
