About the Company:
One of our rapidly growing clients in the Asset Management space is looking to hire a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their NYC headquarters. This role reports directly into the Head of IT and comes with lots of opportunity for growth and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality level 1-2 support for all end users including C-Suite located primarily in the US and some in the UK
- Troubleshoot Windows 10, Office 365 and many other desktop applications
- Setup and deploy workstations, printers, desk phones for new users
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Manage and administer endpoints via Endpoint Manager
- Manage and monitor patching/updates
- Create documentation for end users
- Learn the IT landscape and be a backup to the Head of IT
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience providing support in a Windows 10 environment
- Experience/comfortability being the ‘go-to’ help desk personnel for an organization
- Experience troubleshooting Office 365
- Ability to provide mobile support for both Apple and Android
- Comfortable providing support for various video conference technologies (zoom, webex, etc) as well as basic AV support for conference rooms
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Pluses:
- Experience working within a cloud-based environment
- Experience/desire to work within financial services
- Scripting capability with Powershell/Python/Vbscript
Salary Range:
$70,000-$110,000
