HR Analytics Specialist

About the Company: 

Our client is a global investment firm with over $75 billion in AUM that uses creative strategies to generate attractive returns for its clients through syndicated leveraged loans, high yield bonds, asset-based leasing, and private equity. HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for compensation planning, headcount, D&I and budget forecasting.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Help support compensation planning cycles, inclusive of communication, modeling, analysis and administration
  • Conduct analyses with benchmarking vendors to ensure market competitiveness
  • Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide solutions to compensation issues and/or address any compensation needs
  • Prepare compensation reports, metrics, and analyses to support compensation decisions as needed
  • Liaise with the finance and accounting teams on headcount and compensation reporting and budgeting
  • Enhance HR reporting capabilities by supporting the development of dashboards and other reporting tools
  • Provide HR business partners with relevant metrics and data-driven insights to support the recruiting process
  • Partner with other teams in the firm for ongoing requests, reporting and data management

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of compensation reporting/FP&A experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; v-lookups, nested and conditional statements, macros/VBA
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience with Workday

 

Salary Range: 

$80,000-$130,000
