Our client is a technology driven, multi-asset investment firm operating on a global scale. The HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing firm-wide data.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR data pipelines for streamlined analysis and reporting
- Clean up, validate, and maintain historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs
- Interpret data trends to provide recommendations on hiring, retention, and employee engagement strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software
- Experience with SQL and an understanding of database technologies
Salary Range:
$115,000-$150,000
