Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers and department heads to understand business goals
- Partner with internal talent acquisition or external search firms to identify and hire top investment and operational talent
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes for all new hires
- Manage sensitive employee relation issues with discretion and a solution-oriented approach
- Support the annual compensation cycle
- Support administration of benefits and payroll
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Experience within financial services
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with Workday preferred
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
