HR Business Partner

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with managers and department heads to understand business goals
  • Partner with internal talent acquisition or external search firms to identify and hire top investment and operational talent
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes for all new hires
  • Manage sensitive employee relation issues with discretion and a solution-oriented approach
  • Support the annual compensation cycle
  • Support administration of benefits and payroll
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of HR experience
  • Experience within financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with Workday preferred

 

Salary Range: 

$150,000-$200,000
