About the Company: 

Our client is a litigation and business law firm with headquarters in NYC and offices throughout the country. The HR Director will help shape the HR strategy by being responsible for the recruiting, compensation administration, benefits, and employee relations for the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and ensure the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
  • Manage all recruiting agency relationships and serve as main point-of-contact
  • Design and administer the compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage new employee onboarding, training, and orientation
  • Lead firm-wide best practices compliant with all Federal, State, City, and County specific requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Lead and administer mid-year and year-end performance reviews
  • Manage employee legal contracts and administration with the General Counsel
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 7-15 years of HR experience within financial services
  • Experience in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge of human resource principles, employment laws, and best practices
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment guidelines

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$140,000
