HR Director

About the Company: 

Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The HR Director will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of all policies and programs relating to employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, and benefits.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish staffing goals in conjunction with executive management
  • Coordinate all staffing efforts including interviewing and hiring processes
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientations
  • Conduct exit interviews with exiting employees
  • Evaluate an effective performance management and salary administration program
  • Effectively monitor and anticipate training needs for the organization
  • Manage the employee relations program and ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures
  • Maintain overall responsibility for development and interpretation of policies
  • Serve as point of contact for all agency inquiries

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 8-12 years of HR experience
  • Experience handling and overseeing workers comp, compensation/benefits, and labor relations
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Experience managing a staff and conducting training

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$125,000
