About the Company:
Our client is a privately owned real estate company looking to hire an HRIS Project Manager to join the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and manage all HRIS project activities, including project timeline definition, risk analysis, and resource management
- Leading the planning, requirements definition, and execution of complex HR technology projects
- Managing the translation of business requirements, including legislative compliance and reporting requirements, into sustainable functional application solutions in partnership with stakeholders
- Managing and assisting with functional requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and support of various HR effectiveness projects/processes
- Communicating effectively with HR, IT, and other internal partners, including payroll and accounting
- Managing external resources as necessary
- Documenting, streamlining, and automating HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Troubleshooting project-related issues and implement resolutions to minimize impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years IT experience and 5+ years of project management experience
- Significant experience with UltiPro (UKG) a must
- Expertise in managing HRIS vendor relationships and internal cross-functional relationships
- Experience working with a complex organization, involving several entities and payroll companies
- Data-driven, with the motivation and skills to improve data accuracy and automate workflows
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$90,000-$175,000
