HR Business Partner

About the Company:

Our client is a private investment firm with a primary focus on global real estate. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will be an integral part of the Human Resources team with responsibilities including talent acquisition, intern and analyst program management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office talent acquisition and fuel the continued growth of the company by bringing in top-tier talent across all functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and keep all parties apprised throughout the process
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate experience from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
  • Leverage the ATS to deliver candidate progress reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Manage all campus recruitment along with the Intern and Analyst Programs and the accompanying mentorship programs for each class
  • Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the company
  • Engage directly with talent communities, via social media, networking events, college and job fairs, and other sourcing mediums
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies and research new systems or service providers for enhancement of recruitment efforts
  • Act as a resource for employees throughout their tenure with the company; conduct new hire orientation sessions, career counseling discussions, and exit interviews
  • Serve as an advisor and coach to business heads and other leaders in the organization on employee relations matters
  • Work with the HR Team members on various projects and interact with portfolio companies’ HR departments to share ideas and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • At least five years in human resources with a strong focus on talent acquisition
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Previous HR experience in asset management or financial firm
  • Proven track record of excellence in talent acquisition, talent management, talent assessment, and talent retention
  • Ability to execute on strategic hiring plans and other HR goals to add value to the business
  • Ability to build strong and influential business partnerships
  • Ability to execute accurately and efficiently
  • Business acumen and analytical capabilities

 

Salary Range: 

$130,000 – $150,000
