About the Company:
Our client is an alternative asset management firm investing in the private equity, credit, and real estate space, with distressed funds expertise. The Investment Operations Associate will support various middle office tasks for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily cash liquidity reports to the front office and assist in funding daily business
- Work with fund accounting, fund admins, and pricing teams to prepare and validate NAV and P&L items
- Monitor FX balance and trading needs and prepare hedging recommendations for the funds
- Manage the fund schedule and associated requirements of complex private loan originations
- Ability to reconcile all aspects of asset and liability life cycle events
- Monthly sign-offs on cash, position, and income items
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4 years of relevant middle office experience
- Strong knowledge of finance functions
- Experience with IVP, VPM, Everest , and MicroStrategy is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in VBA is a plus
Salary Range:
$95,000-$115,000
