About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment management firm with $9 billion in AUM operating across a broad range of derivatives-based strategies and is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst who will provide support to the Investor Relations team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to all members of the Investor Relations & Client Solutions team and assist the team with delivering first class service to all investors and prospects
- Work closely with team members and colleagues across departments to complete investor and prospective investor standardized and ad hoc reporting
- Maintain and update the firm’s client relationship management system with all connectivity and email correspondences
- Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software
- Help oversee the relationship with the firm’s third-party administrator and provide support processing investor capital activity
- Work to develop a strong product, strategy, and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands
Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000
