About the Company:
Our client is a global investment bank with a diverse client base offering comprehensive financial advisory services across different industry sectors.
Requirements:
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and Forms 10-Q and 10-K for public company reporting
- Assist with preparation and presentation of ad hoc reports from the management team
- Diligently monitor competitors and update key internal groups with information
- Generate shareholder analysis and reports
- Work closely with accounting, legal, business management, and banking functions across multiple projects
- Organize investor meetings and conference events
- Manage online investor portal and posting of relevant documentation
- Field investor requests for information and audit confirmations
- Prepare and manage investor communications and monitor communication in CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of previous work experience
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, effectively manage time and tight deadlines and multitask
- Knowledge of MS office applications
- Willingness to learn the investment banking business
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $90,000
