About the Company:
Our client is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients. The Investor Reporting Associate will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of investor reports for private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and monthly hedge fund reporting for private clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review reports provided by the private equity underwriters and draft relevant information to be included in the client quarterly performance updates
- Prepare and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance information for inclusion in the reports
- Draft wording for capital call and distribution notices to investors
- Coordinate internal compliance review and approvals
- Coordinate periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews with other members of the team
- Maintain communication with financial underwriters regarding portfolio company activities and their impact on valuation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years with hedge fund, private equity, and/or real estate industry experience
- Experience in report/business writing and investor communications
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel with experience in manipulation and presentation of data
Salary Range:
$90,000-$115,000
