About the Company: 

Our client is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients. The Investor Reporting Associate will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of investor reports for private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and monthly hedge fund reporting for private clients.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review reports provided by the private equity underwriters and draft relevant information to be included in the client quarterly performance updates
  • Prepare and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance information for inclusion in the reports
  • Draft wording for capital call and distribution notices to investors
  • Coordinate internal compliance review and approvals
  • Coordinate periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews with other members of the team
  • Maintain communication with financial underwriters regarding portfolio company activities and their impact on valuation

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years with hedge fund, private equity, and/or real estate industry experience
  • Experience in report/business writing and investor communications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel with experience in manipulation and presentation of data

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$115,000
