About the Company:
Our client is a top international law firm known for its expertise in handling complex, cross-border legal matters across a wide range of industries to support clients on critical matters from strategic deals to high-profile litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and maintain calendars and meetings with clients and colleagues in different time zones
- Maintain lawyer-client contact information, including adding clients to marketing lists and maintaining client information in the database
- Draft and maintain client engagement letters
- Input, review, and close time entries through the web-based time entry program
- Assists with monthly client billing and monitor client budgets
- Prepare expense reports and arrange for payment of vendor invoices or checks
- Coordinate and maintain all travel arrangements
- Prepare a variety of forms and create new documents
- Coordinate file retrieval including indexing and preparing files for off-site storage
- Prepare annual and supplemental audit letter responses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of related admin experience
- Experience at a large law or professional services firm preferred
- Electronic billing experience preferred
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$70,000-$100,000
