About the Company:

Our client is a large net lease REIT specializing in the acquisition of single-tenant properties and over $20 billion in AUM.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain corporate books and records
  • Coordinate processing of department invoices including coding, tracking project expenses, assisting in budgeting and accrual processes
  • Arrange execution of legal documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Coordinating board/committee materials for meetings
  • Assisting in preparation of meeting minutes
  • Other general administrative tasks for the legal department as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of related legal admin experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with board portal software’s, accounts payable software’s, and DocuSign experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new electronic platforms quickly

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$130,000
