About the Company:
Our client is a $10 billion AUM fund with a focus on private equity, real estate, private debt, and infrastructure within small and mid-cap markets.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounting entries into general ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Roll forwards of key account balances on a monthly basis
- Review outstanding collectible balances and coordinate with fund accounting counterparties as appropriate
- Prepare various forecasts and ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis
- Preparation of regulatory filings for submission to respective international regulatory bodies
- Work closely with controllers and external auditors through consultation and preparation of workpapers
- Enhance and automate reporting capabilities of company’s general ledger
- Research relevant accounting pronouncements and regulatory rules on an as needed basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- CPA license or all four exam parts passed
- 2 to 4 years of experience in asset management financial or private debt/equity sector preferred
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Workday general ledger a plus
Salary Range:
$80,000 – $110,000
