Marketing Manager

About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive fundraising efforts, and build strong relationships with firm stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive fundraising
  • Liaise with compliance, legal, and key contacts at partner firms to secure approvals for all marketing materials
  • Update presentations, fact sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate printing and inventory management for marketing materials
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company’s brand and messaging strategy
  • Support the sales team by responding to requests and gathering feedback on ways to improve and create new materials
  • Plan and manage all conferences and events
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related degree required
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience in financial services
  • A strong understanding of regulatory considerations preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Exceptional written, communication, interpersonal and PowerPoint skills
  • Expertise in InDesign, digital marketing, branding, and analytics tools is a plus

 

Salary Range:

$100,000-$150,000
