About the Company:
Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Office Administration Manager will oversee a team of administrative and facilities employees that provide support to the firm’s senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain office management standards
- Ensure the firm’s Partners’ business needs and expectations are prioritized and executed consistently
- Manage current office services vendors
- Assist with the planning and execution of in-office events or engagement activities
- Oversee internal processes of conference room scheduling, screening mainline calls, client presentation printing/binding, document storage, catering requests, and ad-hoc operational tasks
- Provide back-up administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related admin/supervisory experience
- Office management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
