Our client is a multi-strategy global investment firm with over $20 billion in AUM.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  • Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Distribute packages and mail as delivered
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires
  • Assist with tracking accounts payable invoices and submit for approval
  • Assist in event planning
  • Provide general upkeep of the office
  • Periodically provide executive level support

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of admin/reception experience within financial services
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Concur a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$65,000-$80,000
