Our client is a specialty finance company operating on a global scale that supports venture capital-backed companies in technology and other high-growth industries at every stage of their development.
Responsibilities:
- Act as gatekeeper for all things office related
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and restocking as needed
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Participate in the planning and execution of team events
- Provide calendar support for Co-CEOs
- Manage relationships with the building’s management team and other vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of office administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service attitude and professional personal presentation
Salary Range:
$70,000-$90,000
