Office Coordinator

New York, New York • $70,000-$85,000

About the Company:

Our client is a private investment firm with a focus on global real estate with over $125 billion in AUM. The Office Coordinator will be based in their NYC office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Stock the kitchen and supply room daily
  • Manage and update conference room reservations within Outlook
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers; ensure all packages are delivered to appropriate party
  • Monitor and manage multiple daily deliveries including lunch
  • Manage work orders with building management company for repairs as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of previous experience
  • Must be a notary
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with the appropriate level of discretion
  • Prior experience within private equity or financial services is preferred

 

 

Salary Range: 

$70,000-$85,000
