  • Greet guests, clients and interviewees and create a pleasant first impression
  • Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of reception and lobby area, and continually look for ways to improve our front-of-house procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for visiting remote employees and event guests
  • Receive and notify employees of incoming mail and packages, and assist with outgoing shipments
  • Manage company calendars and meeting room schedules and proactively identify and solve for potential scheduling conflicts
  • Provide scheduling and general administrative support to various team leaders
  • Assist with office ops purchasing, facilities management, and events, as well as other team initiatives
  • Support internal team meetings with catering orders and room setups


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years in a similar position / customer service-oriented role
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Salary Range: 

$55,000 – $60,000
