About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, clients and interviewees and create a pleasant first impression
- Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of reception and lobby area, and continually look for ways to improve our front-of-house procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for visiting remote employees and event guests
- Receive and notify employees of incoming mail and packages, and assist with outgoing shipments
- Manage company calendars and meeting room schedules and proactively identify and solve for potential scheduling conflicts
- Provide scheduling and general administrative support to various team leaders
- Assist with office ops purchasing, facilities management, and events, as well as other team initiatives
- Support internal team meetings with catering orders and room setups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years in a similar position / customer service-oriented role
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation & Benefits:
