Responsibilities:
- Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
- Coordinate all office logistics
- Maintain a professional, organized office environment
- Organize and oversee internal and external events
- Oversee and manage employee onboarding and seat assignments
- Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs
- Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
- Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant OM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000
