About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm with over $1 billion in AUM and invests in middle market companies. The Office Manager will be responsible for the daily office management, office administration, and will support the operations and compliance functions of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization of the firm’s online filing system
- Assist with compliance administration
- Ensure the office is running smoothly including liaising with building management and vendors
- Set up conference rooms for in-person and virtual meetings
- Assist in the preparation and binding of marketing materials
- Assist the partners with the organization of the annual investors meeting
- Assist with the CRM system
- Keep the website up-to-date with the web designer and website host
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of admin experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience managing CRM systems
Salary Range:
$75,000-$100,000
