About the Company:

Our client a leading accounting consulting firm, founded in 2000 by former big four professionals is an established leader within their industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing an office of 25 – 30 people
  • Acting as the first point of contact in the office
  • Will be responsible for vendor management, ordering supplies and various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and highly responsive.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with MS Office and Concur.
  • Must be comfortable with being back in the office 5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
