About the Company: 

Our client is a privately held global industrial company operating in over 80 countries. They specialize in building solutions, performance materials, logistics, and real estate.



  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule and manage use of conference rooms, hoteling offices and workstations for visiting employees
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage office accounts including stationery and supply vendors, mail services, and catering
  • Liaise with building management team, coordinating general services, maintenance and repairs
  • Develop procedure manuals for all key operational functions



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of office management experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong vendor management skills
