About the Company:
Our client is a privately held global industrial company operating in over 80 countries. They specialize in building solutions, performance materials, logistics, and real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls
- Schedule and manage use of conference rooms, hoteling offices and workstations for visiting employees
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage office accounts including stationery and supply vendors, mail services, and catering
- Liaise with building management team, coordinating general services, maintenance and repairs
- Develop procedure manuals for all key operational functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of office management experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong vendor management skills
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000
