About the Company:
Our client a leading accounting consulting firm, founded in 2000 by former big four professionals is an established leader within their industry.
- Managing an office of 25 – 30 people
- Acting as the first point of contact in the office
- Will be responsible for vendor management, ordering supplies and various administrative tasks.
- 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative position
- Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented and highly responsive.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Experience with MS Office and Concur.
- Must be comfortable with being back in the office 5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
