Our client is an alternative asset management firm specializing in providing private debt and equity financing to middle-market businesses across various industries. With a focus on income-generating investments, it seeks to support companies with strong cash flows through strategic lending and structured capital solutions.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage office supply needs for all departments
  • Oversee office activities and events
  • Manages office related vendor contracts as well as multiple office leases
  • Troubleshooting in office equipment and needs
  • Support the accounting department by reviewing invoices against contracts, retrieving invoices and addressing related issues
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of related office management experience within a professional services environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Concur a plus
  • Experience planning events

 

Salary Range:

$100,000-$115,000
