About the Company:
Our client is an alternative investment firm with $8 billion AUM and offices nationwide and in London, is hiring an Office Manager for their New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
- Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
- Maintain a professional, organized office environment
- Organization and execution of events, both internal and external
- Partner with the NY head of office in the oversight and management of key events, renovations, onboarding, and seat assignments of employees and visitors
- Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs with our recruiting team out of Dallas
- Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
- Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000
