About the Company:
Our client is an investment management firm focused on the financial services sector, investing across areas such as banking, insurance, and fintech. The organization employs a multi-strategy approach, combining private equity, structured credit, and real estate investments to deploy capital. The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, and family offices, and is known for its sector-specific expertise and disciplined investment approach.
Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet guests and ensure visitors are entered into building security system
- Answer and direct calls on the main line, take detailed messages, escalate queries as needed
- Ensure conference rooms and main office is tidy and presentable
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Communicate with building maintenance/venders
- Order and stock materials for all office and pantry needs
- Provide back-up support to the administrative team as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects including event planning
- Manage and process expense reports
- Organize weekly catering for office and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in a blended receptionist and office management role
- Experience working in a corporate environment with financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range:
$80,000-$100,000
