Office Manager

About the Company:

Our client is an alternative investment firm with $8 billion AUM and offices nationwide and in London, is hiring an Office Manager for their New York office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
  • Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment
  • Organization and execution of events, both internal and external
  • Partner with the NY head of office in the oversight and management of key events, renovations, onboarding, and seat assignments of employees and visitors
  • Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs with our recruiting team out of Dallas
  • Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
  • Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance
