Office Manager

About the Company:

Our client, a boutique hedge fund with $7 billion AUM, is hiring an Office Manager to join the facilities team for their New York office.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
  • Manage two coordinators within the office
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, communicating with them on a regular basis
  • Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
  • Assist with office moves and construction projects
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment
  • Organization and execution of events, both internal and external
  • Partner with HR in the oversight and management of office policies, employee onboarding and PTO tracking
  • Assist with planning key events, renovations, and seat assignments of employees and visitors
  • Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs with our recruiting team out of Dallas
  • Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
  • Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services atmosphere
  • High degree of ownership and capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$120,000
