About the Company:
Our client, a boutique hedge fund with $7 billion AUM, is hiring an Office Manager to join the facilities team for their New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
- Manage two coordinators within the office
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, communicating with them on a regular basis
- Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
- Assist with office moves and construction projects
- Maintain a professional, organized office environment
- Organization and execution of events, both internal and external
- Partner with HR in the oversight and management of office policies, employee onboarding and PTO tracking
- Assist with planning key events, renovations, and seat assignments of employees and visitors
- Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs with our recruiting team out of Dallas
- Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
- Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a professional services atmosphere
- High degree of ownership and capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance
Salary Range:
$110,000-$120,000
