About the Company:
Our client is a leading global digital–media company operating in the technology, gaming, and shopping space.
Responsibilities:
- Organization ambassador to all teams and visitors
- Oversight of front reception area including initial greeting of employees and guests along with visitor registration and host notification upon visitor arrival
- Meeting and event coordination and set up including managing catering ordering, delivery and set up
- Implementation and management of local office procedures/administrative systems
- Communication to local office personnel regarding matters related to office
- Management of desk moves & office floor plan
- Assist HR with onboarding of new hires
- Assisting with creation and submission of expense reports and other executive assistant duties
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing a busy office
- Superb communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Competent at researching and presenting information to upper management
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $120,000
