About the Company: 

Our client is an investment adviser that focuses on acquiring and managing illiquid investment interests in the secondary market. The firm provides liquidity solutions to investors holding difficult-to-redeem or late-life fund positions.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation of accounts for all funds
  • Prepare cash forecasting reports and maintain internal fund trackers for trade activity
  • Set up payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable
  • Review annual financials and quarterly NAV packages
  • Prepare and distribute capital call/distribution notices and quarterly investor statements
  • Track performance of underlying funds from monthly statements received
  • Assist with tax filings and distribution of K-1’s to investors
  • Act as a point person with external parties

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 2-3 years of related finance operations experience
  • Experience within public accounting, fund administration, and or small to mid-sized funds
  • Strong Excel skills

 

Salary Range: 

$85,000-$95,000
