About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative asset management firm with $35 billion in AUM with investment strategies including fundamental equities, corporate and structured credit, real estate debt and equity, merger arbitrage, and private investments. The Operations Analyst will support the daily portfolio operations for the firm’s institutional credit platform and alternative investment portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily and monthly portfolio reconciliation process, investigate and resolve discrepancies with administrators, internal operations teams, and external vendors
- Execute complex investments in and out of complex master/feeder structures
- Set-up of new investment products and asset transfers
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit process
- Prepare departmental reporting for senior management
- Oversee and review the work of various administrators
- Identify and resolve cash, trade, and position breaks as well as any other open items between systems and external sources
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely responses on all front office and audit related requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of trade operations experience
- Experience with fixed income and/or CLOs/CDO’s a must
- Understanding of complex hedge fund structures is a plus
- Experience with Advent Geneva or Enfusion is a plus
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
