Operations Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is an investment management firm focused on value-oriented strategies including equity investments, special situations, and event-driven opportunities across public markets. The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional investors and other high-net-worth clients.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, decks, and briefings
  • Support office operations including supplies and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, investor calls, and special events
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Generate CRM reports and support IR requests
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Assist with expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice processing
  • Assist with data entry, reconciliations, document routing, and process tracking
  • Support compliance tasks such as document retention, KYC/AML collection, and audit prep

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of related admin/operations experience
  • Experience within financial services
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience coordinating travel and events preferred

 

Salary Range: 

$80,000-$90,000
