About the Company:
Our client is a quantitative investment firm that specializes in systematic, data-driven trading strategies across global financial markets. The firm leverages advanced technology, mathematical modeling, and research to support portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily post-trade monitoring and reconciliation across all asset classes and products
- Maintain accurate and timely reconciliations across cash, transactions, pricing and mark-to-market, OTE, dividends, swap resets, FX drift, and P&L
- Book manual entries into the shadow accounting system and internal system including monthly fees, invoices, rebates, true-ups and other adjustments, ensuring completeness and control integrity
- Manage the shadow accounting system records for cash, transactions, positions, financing and fees
- Prepare the shadow accounting system for monthly GAV reporting including reconciliations and adjustments
- Investigate underlying causes of P&L discrepancies and identify root issues across trades, corporate actions, journals, and other attributes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of finance experience
- Experience with P&L reconciliations
- Familiarity with financial instruments
- SQL proficiency a plus
