About the Company:
Our client is a global credit investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing across public and private strategies, including a direct lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to middle-market companies across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the capital activity process across fund complexes and multiple funds-of-one including overseeing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for evergreen funds
- Manage capital activity for commitment-based funds including multiple closings, capital calls, and distributions
- Coordinate the investor document collection process
- Review reconciliation with fund administrators to ensure accurate processing of capital activity and investor records
- Produce and update internal reporting for multiple teams
- Assist with cross-departmental projects
- Support CRM framework projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of related experience at an alternative investment firm
- Experience interacting with investors
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn
Salary Range:
$90,000-$105,000
