About the Company:
Our client is a family office located in NYC. The role will coordinate with the executive assistant team on logistics and planning for the family’s travel, events, and security domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel activities that involve complex logistics or multiple family members with the family members’ executive assistants
- Work with outside vendors and members of the family office team to ensure a seamless experience that meets the family’s preferences and needs
- Work with the finance team and the family executive assistants to design and oversee event budgets
- Through a third-party security firm, ensure measures are in place for residential and family office properties, family and family office executives travelling, and individual family member security on an as needed basis
- Coordinate with medical providers for the day-to-day medical, caregiving, and health needs for the family
- Perform basic background research and checks for physical or reputational risk associated with individuals, businesses and organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 year’s experience in an operational management role
- Ability to coordinate and manage outside experts
- Experience in preparing and maintaining a budget
- Comfortable working on the ground to evaluate and manage situations
Salary Range:
$150,000-$220,000
