About the Company:
Our client is a global investment manager specializing in liquid real assets, including real estate securities, listed infrastructure, and natural resource equities. The Paralegal will support the lead attorney for the private real estate side of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with set up, launch, and recordkeeping for private real estate vehicles
- Assist with reviewing and tracking offering documents and investor side letter management
- Form and manage entities related to the private real estate funds and investments
- Work with outside counsel and the private real estate team in organizing and progressing time-sensitive transactional documents and due diligence undertakings
- Assist with marketing review of private real estate materials
- Respond to investor due diligence and various AML requests
- Review NDAs and other related agreements and devise a tracking system
- Devise a recordkeeping system, including electronic and paper document and file management
- Maintain and oversee mailboxes, related legal and other invoices, and calendar management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 – 3 years of law firm or in-house legal experience
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new databases/programs
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
