Payroll Administrator

About the Company:

Our client is a global investment firm with strategies in energy, infrastructure, special situations, capital markets, and private equity. The Payroll Administrator will be part of the Human Capital Operations team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide organizational support to ensure the accuracy of payroll for the US and Canada and process input and validation of data changes
  • Process employee payroll inquiries including verification of employment and direct deposit information
  • Coordinate payroll and vendor invoicing and internal and external audit requests
  • Streamline process improvement to identify potential efficiencies and develop innovative solutions to enhance payroll systems
  • Collaborate with the finance department to support account reconciliation, funding, and general ledger support

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of payroll experience preferable at a financial services firm
  • Experience with ADP or workday preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

 

Salary Range:

$80,000-$100,000
