About the Company:
Our client is a privately-owned real estate firm with headquarters in NYC. The Personal Assistant will assist the CEO and their family with all day-to-day matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s complex and busy calendar
- Manage busy email inbox, flagging emails, drafting responses, and handling communications when needed
- Keeping fundraising efforts on track and recording relevant info
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel as needed
- Book appointments and make reservations
- Liaise with household staff and other stakeholders
- Additional personal tasks and errands as needed for both the CEO and the family
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant to a CEO or high-level executive
- Ability to switch gears and adapt to changes as priorities pivot
- Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage-up and keep the CEO accountable and on time
Salary Range:
$70,000-$100,000
