About the Company: 

Our client is a privately-owned real estate firm with headquarters in NYC. The Personal Assistant will assist the CEO and their family with all day-to-day matters.



  • Manage CEO’s complex and busy calendar
  • Manage busy email inbox, flagging emails, drafting responses, and handling communications when needed
  • Keeping fundraising efforts on track and recording relevant info
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel as needed
  • Book appointments and make reservations
  • Liaise with household staff and other stakeholders
  • Additional personal tasks and errands as needed for both the CEO and the family


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant to a CEO or high-level executive
  • Ability to switch gears and adapt to changes as priorities pivot
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage-up and keep the CEO accountable and on time
