About the Company:
Our client is a top international law firm known for its expertise in handling complex, cross-border legal matters across a wide range of industries to support clients on critical matters from strategic deals to high-profile litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Track practice developments, raise awareness and understand key market trends, and develop practice policies consistent with the strategic goals of the practice
- Compose weekly communications including practice specific office events and highlights, periodic newsletters, news items, and pertinent information to raise internal practice awareness
- Assist with planning, hosting meetings, events, and conferences
- Prepare annual and/or supplemental audit letter responses, memorandums, correspondence, pleadings, and document binders
- Schedule and maintain calendars, contact information, and other pertinent information as requested and within the contact database
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Generate client conflict inquiries, open new matters, and prepare engagement letters
- Respond to internal and external requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years supporting senior leadership in a professional services environment
- Experience at a large law firm preferred
- Experience leading teams and projects
- Strategic business planning experience
- Ability to communicate with lawyers, business team employees, and clients
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Salary Range:
$95,000-$115,000
