Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the execution of new systems, tools, and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust HPC solutions
- Develop project timelines, track milestones, and follow up on deliverables
- Support workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure adoption of processes and tools across the organization
- Recommend improvements for scaling HPC systems and services to meet growing demand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or operations within HPC, IT infrastructure, or scientific computing
- Familiarity with HPC environments, Linux systems, and parallel computing concepts
- Experience in developing and implementing workflow processes
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and/or VCS tools
- Familiarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
