About the Company:
Our client is a not-for-profit that supports lawyers and other professionals with innovative programs and publications and provides pro bono training and resources to ensure access to justice. They are seeking a QA Engineer to join and lead their new automation team. This role can be primarily remote, but candidates must be commutable to NYC to come in on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple agile teams in understanding business requirements and technical specifications for different applications
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain QA Automation solutions for each of the applications
- Develop strategy to support automated smoke and regression testing
- Review test execution results, document and report defects to the agile project teams for resolution
- Work with DevOps to ensure the continuous integration of the QA Automation via the CI/CD process
- Research and help to decide what tools and technologies need to be implemented within the automation team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining QA Automation solutions
- Hands-on testing experiences with integration, user interface, smoke, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Development experience using C#/.Net, must be able to read and write basic code
- Knowledge on application/system integration architecture, development process
- Understanding of source code version control (GIT) and CI/CD (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins) processes
Salary Range:
$115,000-$125,000
