About the Company:
Our client is a global investment management firm with over $57 billion in AUM. The role will involve testing of core components of the trading infrastructure, building automated tests, and implementing test harnesses, as well as working with developers to ensure best practices for building testable systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute tests against trading systems
- Develop automated test cases using in-house and third-party tools, enhance existing testing frameworks
- Implement automated solutions for regression, interoperability, stress, and latency testing
- Work with developers on improving system testability and creating continuous testing environment
- Work with the development team to create and document, and test procedures and tests
- Set up and maintain a variety of testing environments
- Implement and perform change management procedures following company standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, system development, and automated testing within financial services technology
- Proficient with C# (or similar) and WPF to write and maintain automated tests for desktop applications
- Proven track record of developing and using automation test frameworks and harnesses, experience with test automation tools
- Experience with electronic trading or trade booking and processing systems, working knowledge of financial instruments and markets
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and supporting technologies
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
