About the Company: 

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to general email and phone inquiries and direct calls and emails to appropriate parties
  • Greet all visitors, clients, candidates, and guests
  • Accept packages and sort mail
  • Order supplies and keep kitchen and refrigerators stocked and clean
  • Ensure reception area is kept clean
  • Keep office files up-to-date
  • Assist with new hire set-up
  • Book flights, ground transportation, lodging, and entertainment for business travel
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses and monitor corporate card payment

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Event planning experience a plus
  • Experience with Concur preferred

 

Salary Range: 

$70,000-$75,000
