Receptionist

West Palm Beach, Florida • $75,000-$85,000

About the Company:

Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Receptionist will be responsible for the overall front desk and administrative support for the corporate office.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and field any incoming calls and emails
  • Book conference rooms and visitor offices for guests and staff
  • First point of contact for any maintenance troubleshooting
  • Maintain and coordinate daily meetings and events in all conference rooms
  • Receive and direct deliveries
  • Assist admin staff with document production
  • Take inventory and order all supplies needed for the office and staff
  • Assist staff with admin tasks as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Comfortable working with various technologies and software’s
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • FL Notary a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$85,000
