About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm with $10 billion in AUM investing on behalf of pension plans, wealth funds, endowments, and high-net-worth individuals.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and greet all guests; ensure all visitors are entered into building security system
  • Answer and direct all calls
  • Ensure conference rooms and general office is clean and presentable
  • Maintain conference room calendar
  • Order and stock general office materials
  • Assist with event planning
  • Manage and process expense reports using Concur
  • Organize weekly catering as needed
  • Assist in scheduling and sending calendar invites as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Salary Range: 

$65,000-$75,000
